Meet our newest luxe service partner, THE DESIGN VAULT. Kelly Caron Designs, ASID, has teamed up with the Lowcountry’s top white glove delivery service and storage resource to ensure prompt, perfect installations for our clients and other area businesses. THE DESIGN VAULT will accept requests for delivery of furniture, fine art, decorative accessories and other home design items, Monday through Friday, from 9 to 5.
“High-touch, white glove deliveries, receiving and storage are resources the area has lacked for quite some time, so we’re stepping in with THE DESIGN VAULT to fill that gap and elevate client experiences,” says Molly Thomas, VP Creative and Design Director.
THE DESIGN VAULT and KCD and are committed to providing a crew of highly trained movers who will work closely with clients to coordinate delivery timing and details. Once the wishes and scope of each order are set, the crew will prepare to safely transport all items door-to-door, from the merchant or respective locations.
But that’s not all. THE DESIGN VAULT storage is also now available at our exclusive location within the gates of Palmetto Bluff. Once your selections are ordered, we can carefully store them at our new storage facility, until your home is ready for installations or new additions.
Welcome Kara Koetter
We’re thrilled to have the talent, expertise and client network that Jupiter designer Kara Koetter brings to our team. A graduate of Florida State University, Kara’s Bachelor of Arts degree evolved into a multi-faceted design career. It all began with staging luxury real estate properties. Further fueled by her studies in interior design, Kara has received prestigious certifications including RESA (Real Estate Staging Association) and NAPO (National Association of Professional Organizers).
“I enjoy bringing home spaces to life,” Kara says. “I’m fortunate to share my passion with a network that began with personal relationships.
Over the past ten years, Kara has leveraged her talent and relationships with the area’s top builders to successfully manage all aspects of design projects, often returning to homes for remodels and additional design consulting with her loyal clients.
Kara will guide our Palm Beach Studio projects and continue to build the network she created more than a decade ago.
She and husband, Jonathan, have three children, Dalton, Lennon race and Waylon. In her free time Kara loves to be on the water, camping with friends or exploring new restaurants.
Home Builders Association Board-Ready
Our fearless leader and studio founder was recently inducted as a new Board Member of the Hilton Head Area Home Builders Association.
Kelly is among a small circle of accomplished female professionals who have been invited to join this impactful organization which supports Lowcountry builders and respective partners through education, community service and environmental stewardship.
“My term as a Board Member is two years, but hopefully my insightful contributions to the HBA will endure indefinitely,” Kelly shares.
Chartered in 1965 under the leadership of Joseph Fraser, Jr., the local HBA is a not-for-profit professional trade association whose general membership includes residential and light commercial builders and remodelers throughout the Greater Hilton Head Area, encompassing all of Beaufort, Jasper, and Hampton Counties.

Once posted on our social channels, the photo earned over 5K likes with followers still currently growing. Special thanks to our photographer Anne Caufmann who strategically captured the perfect pose against the backdrop of our most recent design project in Palm Beach.
